With this service, customers will get:
- Support installment payment when booking services at Trip.com. Apply 0% installment payment when payment is completed within the first 3 months.
- Quick and easy registration procedure (just ID card).
When ordering any travel services at Trip.com, simply choose to pay in installments via Paylater.
The steps are as follows:
- Step 1: Customers choose the products they want to order (tours, air tickets, sightseeing tickets, car rentals, hotel rooms…) at the website.
- Step 2: Trippy staff create an order for you through the registered phone number
- Step 3: Receive the message, fill out the registration form in 5 minutes
- Step 4: Click the Send button to complete the registration form
- Step 5: Your order will be approved within 15-20 minutes.
- Step 6: Guests will pay 20% of the product value in cash in advance. Then Trippy will print the sales slip for the customer to sign and take a photo of the ID card, and will upload the documents to Paylater and deliver the product to the customer.
Note:
- Regarding the form of payment in advance of 20% of the product value, customers can pay by cash or transfer.
- For customers registering online, please send a photo of your ID card on the front, back and a selfie with your ID card.
